Before getting a call from Gerard Woodlock, I was convinced that owning my own home was just a pipe dream, something that may happen way down the line way into the future. I hadn’t a clue, I didn’t even know where to start. After our first call I began to realise that it was possible. And to be fair to Gerard he has the patience of a saint, he turned what would have been an extremely stressful situation into a fairly straightforward easy process. He pointed me in the right direction and told me what I needed to do, effectively he virtually held my hand through the process. He helped me get my mortgage approval, the insurance that I needed to be able to draw down the mortgage. So, hats off to Gerard his patience and his guidance because without him I wouldn’t be able to say that I am a homeowner!
