My story began with a Google search and a phone call from Gerard Woodlock in Low Quotes Mortgages. I really can't put into words how absolutely amazing Gerard is at what he does and is the most pleasant lovely guy to deal with. He was there with me through every single step of this process and went above and beyond to help me get through this mortgage application journey. When Gerard says he will do something he absolutely will! He will call you back when he says he will and never leaves you waiting for answers! I really wish more companies had an employee like Gerard. I also dealt with Bernadine Day when Gerard was on holiday and she also is absolutely fantastic. You just feel like these people have your back during what can be an extremely stressful process due to slow solicitors that put you at the bottom of their priority list!.
